The Team
Stevie Bishop
Office Manager
As the Office Manager, Stevie does a little bit of everything, from keeping the office supplied with the necessities (printer ink, batteries, coffee!) to requesting consultant invoices and planning office events. She is also training as a Project Administrator, helping Project Leads keep the permitting process moving.
Dailong Ma
Design Lead
Dailong has been a key part of our team for over 8 years, contributing to a diverse range of projects with creativity, precision, and a collaborative spirit. Navigating complex design challenges, he brings a balanced approach that blends technical expertise with an eye for thoughtful, human-centered design solutions.
Sabireen Alim
Designer
Sabireen is passionate about designing spaces that feel both purposeful and personal. She leads the firm’s social media and marketing efforts, helping shape how the studio’s projects and ideas are shared. When she’s not designing, you’ll likely find her painting, crocheting, or out sketching.
Kora Stafford
Accounting
Kora has served as the TWA Financial Director since 2014. She currently owns and operates her own accounting firm, Streamline Source, contracting with small business in the DC area. Although she has a knack for spreadsheets and numbers, she also enjoys lifting weights and all sorts of adventures in her free time.
