Lanier Rowhouses

An adaptive reuse of a small in that occupied three rowhouses in the bustling Adams Morgan neighborhood in DC, this project converts the inn to create nine missing middle condominium units to an expensive neighborhood.  Three accessory structures were also adapted to create additional accessory spaces for home office or overflow guest room.  A lush courtyard behind the main buildings is a hidden gem and evocative of  the courtyard spaces seen in southern cities like Charleston and New Orleans.  Project is currently under construction.
