This project brings forty-two market-rate and three affordable apartments to the Petworth neighborhood of Washington DC.  This building is within easy walking distance of transit and many neighborhood amenities. Private penthouse roof decks provide a dramatic vantage point of the city.

The design utilizes panelized construction, with wall and floor components fabricated offsite by Blueprint Robotics, then dropped in place via crane. This speeds the construction process, reduces weather related delays, and results in a better-quality building overall with the added benefit of reducing carbon footprint.

The project is currently under construction.
