MarketLofts is a new construction ten-unit building located in the heart of Near Northeast, at the hub of exciting new developments zones.  The site is adjacent to Galludet University, steps away from Union Market, Ivy City, and the H Street Corridor, and the NoMa Metro station.  This project offers a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units all with great exposures and high-end finishes.  The project also includes one inclusionary zoning unit.  The building is conceived as a solid volume that is adorned with asymmetrical bays and with a deep carve out in the middle to break down the massing along the party line while still allowing light to the internal bedrooms.  The penthouse units are made possible by utilizing bonus density while also allowing generous roof decks with dramatic views of the Capitol Dome.
