4126 8th Street

Containing eight condominium units of between 915 sf to 1,305 sf each, 4126 8th is located in the heart of Petworth’s burgeoning restaurant scene. Of note are the upper floor two-level three-bedroom penthouse units, provided with rooftop garden patio. In addition to providing natural light for a deep building, the side yard setback also provides a side entrance. Inspired by the context, Teass Warren adopted a modern approach to the design, while incorporating the bay and balcony elements that tie the scale to traditional rowhouses.
