Located in the quickly evolving opportunity zone of the Kennedy Street Corridor this new construction multi-family apartment building delivered 37 units that are designed as affordable rental units primarily focused on veterans.

Conceived as a modern classic, almost hotel-like experience the project re-envisions what affordable housing can be.  The apartment units are all family-sized, two and three-bedroom units.  Four of the apartments are dedicated for the DC Inclusionary Zoning program.  The project  also incorporates many sustainable features including a 14 kilowatt solar panel array, electrical vehicle charging stations, and a robust stormwater management system.
