Will Teass, AIA LEED AP, founder and managing principal, provides overall leadership for both project and day to day operations of the firm. Previously the principal of Tektonics Architecture DC, he launched the Washington DC office of Tektonics Design Group and led the studio for five years. Additional work experiences with Shalom Baranes Associates Architects, J. Robert Hillier and Daniel Solomon instilled the values of good design, effective project management and the desire to impress every client.
Will Teass received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia, and his Master of Architecture from Princeton University. He is licensed to practice architecture in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.
Charles Warren, AIA LEED AP, founder and design principal, is focused on ensuring all projects receive superior design attention. Previously a principal with Moore Architects, he has led a number of award winning projects. Prior work experiences include Tektonics Architecture, Shalom Baranes Associates Architects and Cooper Carry. He was also one of the founding partners of RE-STUDIOS, a multidisciplinary studio that focused on bringing a collaborative design process to projects ranging from architecture and industrial design to graphic and digital media design.
He is particularly interested in sustainable design and bringing that sensibility to the urban context.
